Time to Level Up

Just like I realized I wanted to play the songs I created, I’ve now realized I want to teach others how to do what I’m doing—especially women.

This songwriting journey has been unexpectedly healing. I didn’t know, when I started, just how powerful it would be. There’s something truly liberating about turning your inner poltergeists into music. I’ve always been a fan of art therapy, and this process—songwriting, publishing, expressing—delivers emotional dividends in spades.

That’s why I’m launching a new coaching service focused on AI-assisted music creation. I’m starting with an intimate, “escape from reality” songwriting retreat. It’ll be a private, supportive space where beginners can learn how to create and publish original songs—and maybe even lay a few old ghosts to rest.
